Co-Curricular & Extra- Curricular Activities
The Central Board of Secondary Education (abbreviated as CBSE) is a Board of Education for public and private schools, under the Union Government of India. It is designed keeping in mind a multidimensional child centric approach. It is both interactive and pragmatic. The curriculum nurtures children to be confident, self-sufficient, develop an independent thought process and a never ending urge for learning. The thrusts here include enabling learners to respond to the impact of globalization and the demands of the emerging knowledge- based economy and society. The CBSE curriculum seeks to provide opportunities for students to achieve excellence in learning vis a vis global standards.
Activity Clubs
Basket Ball, Skating Club, Taekwondo Club, Yoga Club, Gymnastic Club, Chess Club, Book Lovers’s Club, Elocution and Dramatics Club, Cookery Club, Music Mania Club, Classical Dance Club, Creative Corner, Table Tennis Club, ICT Whiz Kid Club, Bharatnatyam Club, Photography Club, Tabla Club, Casio Club, Guitar Club and SUPW Club
Clubs to be introduced
In due course of time various age appropriate activity clubs will be introduced like: Astronomy Club, Brain Gym, Vedic Maths Clubs, Pottery Club, Classic Club, Robotics and Aero Modelling Club, Nature Nurtures Club (Nature Lovers Clubs), The Press Hub, Debating Club, Western Dance Club, Instrumental Music Club, Trekkers Trail Club and Eco Club.
National Competitions
Children are encouraged to participate in National Competitions like ASSET, Science Olympiad Foundation. At School level, various competitions are conducted to enhance the overall development of the children and to inculcate in them a healthy competitive spirit
House System
Like every school going child our students too will belong to a ‘House’. Tree House children can however boast of belonging to Houses that reflect the values they grow up with.
